Generate Market child themes (Story, Wave and Paper) are child themes of GeneratePress. They all install and work the same way, so one set of guides covers every theme.
What you need
- GeneratePress, the free parent theme from WordPress.org.
- The child theme zip from your purchase. See Downloads.
- Enhance for GP. It is included with every child theme and holds the theme’s design options. See Getting started.
- WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.
Guides
- Install a child theme: GeneratePress, the theme, Enhance for GP and your licence.
- Theme settings: where the design comes from, how to change it and what is not included.
- Theme design (settings import): apply the theme design over existing settings, or restore your own.
