Download your product
- Use the download link in your purchase email, or
- sign in to the customer portal and open Downloads.
You get a zip file. Upload it to WordPress as it is: do not unzip it.
Using Safari on a Mac? Safari unzips downloads by default. Turn off Open “safe” files after downloading in Safari’s settings before you download.
