Generate Market sells through Freemius, our reseller. Freemius sends your purchase email, issues your licence key and runs the customer portal where you manage everything after you buy.
Your purchase email
All Generate Market plans are lifetime licences, so you receive one email with the download link, your licence key, the receipt and a link to the PDF invoice. Keep it: the licence key is what you enter in WordPress.
The customer portal
Sign in to the customer portal with the email address you used at checkout. The portal has these sections:
- Websites: the sites where your licence is active.
- Downloads: the latest and older versions of your products.
- Licenses: your licence keys and how many sites each one allows.
- Invoices: your payments and PDF invoices.
- My Profile: your name, email and billing details.
- FAQ: answers for moving licences, staging sites, invoices and older versions.
- Support: contact us.
